In order to exhibit you must have completed at least one class at the BAC**. You will be allowed to exhibit one piece per show with a maximum number of exhibits, per year, not to exceed the number of qualifying classes** in which you were enrolled***. Because we will be showing the work in the reception/lobby/gallery space only, there will be size restrictions depending on the category and the number of students in that category.

*   The abstract students’ work will be divided into two shows due to the number of students and the size of their work.

**   A qualifying class equals the following (from Fall 2005 forward): for continuing classes, completion of 16 class meetings; for session classes of 8 weeks or more, completion of the course; for Day Camps, completion of a full camp. Courses with less than 8 meetings do not qualify students for participation in exhibits. We reserve the right to decline inclusion in exhibits due to mitigating factors such as incorrect size of work, improper presentation, etc.

***   For example, if you have taken a watercolor class and a figure drawing class in the past year**, you may show one piece in each of those shows. However, if you were in a painting class and painted a landscape, a portrait and a still life in the same class, you must pick only one of those paintings to exhibit in its appropriate category.
